The music workshop, the community and the environment was part of the dissemination strategy of the project Changing The Story, led by the University of Leeds. It is the result of an exploration of the methodological, collaborative, and interdisciplinary, working with groups of young people at risk in Colombia. Experimenting with tools, musical and artistic works, the workshop was implemented through methodologies playful and participatory. The music, the dance and the construction of instruments with recycled materials were used to promote collaborative work scenarios and cross-cultural between various academic participants, as a strategy of inclusion and promotion of peace practices and environmental awareness.

The workshops encouraged the collectivism and the reflection on the importance of implementing behaviors inclusive and recognize diversity as a fundamental practice for the construction of peace.
